Student Org Equipment Request

Student Activities is here to help your student organization plan an event on campus! Registered Student Organizations can request equipment to enhance their campus events including tents, tables, speakers, and more.

Request Equipment

Registered student organizations are able to check out equipment for free from the Leadership & Student Involvement office located on the second floor of BLUU. Equipment requests should be made at least 3 business days in advance and are assessed on a first come, first serve basis.

  • 10x10ft Tents
  • 6ft Tables
  • Rolling Speakers with Microphones
  • Rolling White Board/Sign
  • 8.5x11in Acrylic Flyer Holders
  • Poster Supplies
